Treasure Keepers - B. J. Middleton

The New Way has captured the small town of Fiddlers Creek. The city is divided into wards, and the homes of citizens are searched. The Holy Bible tops the list of contraband. In B. J. Middleton's new religious thriller, Treasure Keepers, The Stand, three young defenders of the faith fight to save the Bible from a new world government determined to destroy it. Jonah, Anna, and Cooper struggle to overcome the death of loved ones, school bullies, and their own fears to protect the last few remaining copies of the Word of God. Pursued by the Community Guard, New Way Cadets and killer drones, the young defenders answer God's call to stand. B. J. Middleton is a former elementary, middle school and junior high art teacher and junior varsity softball coach. Drawing on her teaching and coaching experience, she writes Christian fiction for youth encouraging them to contend for the faith and take a bold stand for God. Writing is her main obsession, but other passions include hiking the mountains, early morning walks, singing, playing the guitar and composing an occasional song. Coffee shops and small-town excursions provide pleasant weekend outings with her spouse. She lives on an island in Georgia with her husband and their Dachshund and Chihuahua.
