Ruthless Ruler - A. K. Rose

\n \nEvan Valachi is meant to marry a Bernardi one way or another.\n \nIt better be me...\n \nI came to the island with one purpose.\n \nMake Evan mine.\n \nBut when I get here, she's not the woman I expected.\n \nShe's evasive, erratic...\n \nAnd not the Mafia princess I secretly fantasized about.\n \nWhen I'm cornered in the middle of the night by a mysterious woman...I find out why.\n \nAnd the truth shocks me to my core.\n \nSomething is happening to us on the island.\n \nOn the one place where we're supposed to be safe.\n \nWe're being hunted one by one.\n \nAnd as truth about Evan comes to light I find myself cornered.\n \nOnly they don't realize that I'm not just here for a wife...\n \nI'm here for my family's seat on the Commission as well.\n \nAnd I will take both with blood and vengeance and wrath.\n \nI will make Evan love me. And I'll take my family's power.\n \nBy force if I have to...\n \nBecause that's how you rule in our world.\n \n \n\n
