Fundamentals - R. A. Torrey

\nOriginally published as a multi-volume series, The Fundamentals is one of the finest and most widely distributed statements of Christian doctrine ever produced. Written to combat the inroads of liberalism into the Christian church, The Fundamentals literally stirred the world in defense of the historic Christian faith. These articles blend a common-sense doctrinal approach with personal application built upon the foundation of the inspired and inerrant Scriptures. \n The Fundamentals defends the deity of Christ, the inspiration of the Scriptures, the bodily resurrection of Christ, and many other foundational truths. These statements also apply biblical Christianity to the wider problems of life and culture by emphasizing the essentials and de-emphasizing the nonessentials. This balance in both doctrine and application has established The Fundamentals as a classic of Christian literature. \n
