Breeding Super Bees - S. Taber

\nThe definition of a super bee is any bee with uniformly desirable characteristics that no other bee has. Anyone who uses artificial insemination and has a basic understanding of genetics can easily create superbees in their back yard.\n \n\n \nSteve Taber's book takes you through the importance of 'super bees'. Chapters include Queen Rearing, Drones, Rearing honeybees, Pollen, Bee Breeding and Queen Introduction.\n \n\n \nSteve Taber spent a life time with bees - both in his native America and in Europe. It is not wrong to say that he forgot more about breeding than most people ever knew - and even then he knew more!! John Phipps the Editor of The Beekeepers Quarterly said that If Steve said something you could always reckon on it being accurate What a recommendation for a book. Steve now works for the USDA Bee Culture Division in Tucson, Arizona.\n \n\n
